1. The service

TrackMyASIN provides Amazon rank tracking, SERP analysis, and a Chrome extension overlay. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc.

2. Account & trial

A 7-day trial is available once per person and per household. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to the lowest-tier paid plan unless you cancel beforehand from the billing portal. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial may result in revocation without notice.

3. Acceptable use

• No reverse-engineering the API or extension.
• No reselling TrackMyASIN data as a standalone dataset.
• No automated scraping of our endpoints beyond plan quotas.

4. Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Your 7-day trial requires a payment method and automatically converts to a paid Pro subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy for details.

5. Disclaimer

Rank and sales estimates are best-effort projections based on public SERP data. They are not guarantees. You are responsible for your business decisions.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from /account.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
