If TrackMyASIN isn't working for you, email support@trackmyasin.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no friction. Your 7-day trial requires a payment method up front and automatically converts to a paid Pro subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Most refund requests are rare. We still honour the policy.
How to request a refund
- Email support@trackmyasin.com from the address on your account.
- Include your subscription start date.
- We process the refund within 2 business days via Stripe.
After 14 days
Subscriptions cancel immediately from the billing portal, and access continues until the end of your current paid period. Past-period charges are non-refundable after the 14-day window.
Annual plans
Annual plans (when offered) are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days.
