We collect information you directly provide to us when creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or contacting support:

  • Subscription & Payment Data: Billing details handled securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • User Data: Tracked keywords, ASINs, and marketplace settings configured in your dashboard.

3. Chrome Extension & Browser Permissions

Our Chrome Extension accesses public Amazon web pages to overlay Best Sellers Rank (BSR), price history, estimated monthly sales, and review metrics.

  • No Private Data Scraping: The Chrome extension only reads public Amazon product and search pages. It does not access or read your personal Amazon buyer or Seller Central account data.
  • Local Storage: Your API key (`rl_...`) and overlay preferences are stored locally in your browser (`chrome.storage.local`).
  • No Data Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade extension data or user activity to third parties.

4. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our keyword tracking and SERP analysis services.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent trial abuse.
  • Send account notifications, daily rank alerts (if enabled), and support responses.

All user data and API requests are transmitted over encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections. Database access is governed by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data.
